The purpose of the project is to allow you to pursue a line of inquiry into a component of land use policy that interests you. While the topic-oriented approach does not allow an overall evaluation of a community’s development regulations, land use planning or growth management programs, it allows a broader analysis of approaches communities use to address specific land use policy issues.
