Text analysis research of "A Raisin in the Sun" play script by Lorraine Hansberry. I must support my thesis using the text as evidence. You can use secondary sources.
I must follow the MLA style.I must include the author and name of text that will be used. It could be a book,a journal, a magazine article, or a website source. The outside sources I choose to incorporate into my text analysis must be related to my thesis and must help me prove my argument even further.
The outside sources are not there to prove my thesis, they are there to help me do it, therefore introduction and incorporation of secondary sources must be handled with skill and logistics of my argument.
After you have introduced your outside sources at the appropriate places within the existing paper. I need a work cited page. The paper must be 5-7 pages long double spaced.

support the following with The Alchemist:
Write an essay that takes up this question -- "what might the literate arts be good for?" -- and that takes it up from your range of reference and from your point of view -- or, more properly, from the point of view of you and people like you, the group you feel well prepared to speak for. As an exercise in understanding, essay should be modeled on one (or more) of the sections in "The Dark Night of the Soul." You can choose the text -- and the text can be anything that might serve as an example of the literate arts, (in this case I choose The Alchemist). But the presentation and discussion of the text should be in conversation with Miller -- with his concerns, his key terms, his examples, and his conclusions

Ok, for our last mandatory DB, I’d like you to write me an argument on what the “best” play we (should have?; ) read this semester was. And that was Mother Courage and Her Children. Now the key here is the term “best.” That can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. That is, your response should be arguing for “best” in the sense of most significant or important, or “best” in the sense of lasting artistic achievement (not just Restoration cheap thrillz, as in DG’s sad case; )
Write the essay explaining why the essay is most appealing to you, and why it stands out.
As always, responses should be at least a good, full paragraph (half page, single-spaced/full page double-spaced) and be as specific as possible (show me you actually read the play you chose!) The deadline is Sunday, December 9th by 11:00pm Central Time
