Many companies invest in training aimed at improving their business performance. An effective method of training delivery is e-learning. After visiting Inspired eLearning or another e-learning provider, answer the following questions based on the demonstration you viewed. If you chose to use a different e-learning provider than Inspired, include the Web site name in your discussion post.
- One advantage of e-learning is that it can bring together audio and video clips, text and images, and interaction with the user. How many of those elements are present in the demonstration you watched?
- Was the demonstration easy to understand and use? What would have made it easier to use?
- Was the demonstration interesting? What would have made it more interesting?
- Did the demonstration apply the principles of effective learning described in Chapter 7 of Fundamentals of Human Resource Management? Explain.
