Final Question 1

This final exam requires you to respond to two essay questions. You may use the textbook and any notes from class. Read each question carefully and answer any legal claim(s) that may arise and any defense(s) that are applicable.  In answering the questions, please include three (3) cases, from the textbook only, for each essay question.
